Benefits

Manual therapy offers several benefits, including pain reduction, improved range of motion, and faster recovery from injuries. It involves hands-on techniques that help relieve muscle tension, enhance circulation, and restore normal function to joints and soft tissues.

Medical Massage

Physician Directed Treatments

Medical massage is a type of therapeutic massage that uses specific techniques to address certain medical conditions. It can be used to relieve pain, improve circulation, and help the body heal from injuries. Massage therapists who specialize in medical massage have additional training in anatomy and physiology so that they can better understand how to work with medical doctors in treating specific conditions to achieve the desired improvements.

Medical massage is often used to treat chronic pain, injuries, and conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome and fibromyalgia. It can also be used to improve circulation and help the body heal from surgery or other medical procedures. Many people find that medical massage is a helpful complement to traditional medical care.
